We love our vegetable garden

We organically grow our own vegetables to use in our hotels’ kitchens. Early in the morning, we collect from our garden what you will later taste in our savoury dishes. Because it rains so rarely in Sifnos, the crops are dry-farmed from seeds that require little water. As a result one can taste the essence of each ingredient – a rare experience.

      Fresh vegetables and fine herbs make our food so flavourful. Tomatoes, onions, spring onions, zucchini, aubergines, melons and watermelons along with rocket, caper, fine aromatic herbs and olives from our olive grove turn our dishes to a real delight.


      Our produce will be lovingly combined with other carefully selected ingredients from Sifnos to offer you a unique gastronomic experience. We take pride of what our island has to offer and we love to present you with the opportunity to taste our cheese, local delicacies and fresh fruit and vegetables from local suppliers.
