Sourcing produce from our own bostani as well as trusted farms and producers across Sifnos and the Cyclades, each dish reveals the island’s true character—fresh, seasonal, and deeply rooted in tradition.

What the island offers

From the moment you arrive in Sifnos, the air carries the scent of wild herbs—sage, thyme, mint, oregano, rosemary, verbena. It’s as if the island itself is a bostani—a fragrant, open garden.

This was our inspiration. From this vision, we cultivated our own garden to supply the kitchen daily with hand-picked, seasonal treasures. What we don’t grow ourselves, we source with care from local farmers and trusted Cycladic producers.

The result is a cuisine that mirrors the land, the rhythm of the seasons, and the generous simplicity of Sifnian soil.
