Tigerlily goes to Sifnos

Unique textiles, distinguishable prints, the fusion of fashion & classic themes, the continuous quest for the perfect bikini; these are the elements that have established Tigerlily as a leader in premium swimwear and beachwear. Established in 2000, Tigerlily is all about the beach – it embodies our feelings on a beach lifestyle inspired by health, freedom and happiness.

Therefore it was no surprise that they always dreamed of shooting a collection in the Greek islands. Last summer the dream came true on Sifnos. In their own words: “With the help from some incredible people, we were able to celebrate an amazing milestone – our fifteenth birthday at one of the most idyllic locations on earth”.

The Tigerlily team wanted to capture a part of Greece that is not as obvious like Santorini or Mykonos. They picked Sifnos and Milos for their shooting because “the undiscovered beauty of these islands captivated us instantly with their rare rock and mineral formations framed by crystal clear Aegean Sea and the enchanting rustic medieval towns featuring traditional Cycladic architecture”.

Verina Hotels were proud to be their host on Sifnos. The whole project would not have been possible without the support of Discover Greece. With everybody’s help, the Tigerlily people discovered the beauty of the island and fell so much in love with the place that they even made a guide with their favorites!
